STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

   1. Order Confirmation

  1. All orders must be placed through our official website or approved communication channels.
  2. Orders are confirmed once the customer receives a confirmation message from Kabazal.
  3. Kabazal reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if the provided information is incomplete or incorrect.

   2. Payment Method – Cash on Delivery

  1. We operate with Cash on Delivery (COD).
  2. Customers pay the total amount in cash to the delivery agent at the time of receiving the order.

  3. Please ensure:

    • The correct delivery address is provided

    • Your phone number is reachable

    • The full payment amount is available upon delivery

    4. Refusing orders without valid reason may result in future order restrictions.

    3. Prices & Taxes

    All prices displayed are final.

    TVA is not applicable (TVA non applicable).

    No hidden fees will be added.

    Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

    4. Delivery

    Delivery times depend on the destination city and product availability.

    Estimated delivery time will be communicated after order confirmation.

    Kabazal is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

    5. Returns & Exchanges

    For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once opened.

    Clothing items may be exchanged within 48 hours only if:

    • The item is unused

    • It is in original condition

    • There is a manufacturing defect

    5. Customized items are non-refundable.

    6. Governing Law

    All transactions are governed under Moroccan law.

Kabazal reserves the right to confirm orders by phone before shipping. Orders not confirmed may be canceled.
